TYPE C AC hose adopts a structure where the PA barrier layer is positioned in the middle.

Its standard process flow is:

Inner AC rubber extrusion

PA barrier extrusion

Fiber reinforcement braiding

Outer rubber covering

This configuration delivers a balanced performance in pressure resistance, flexibility, and air tightness, making it especially suitable for automotive AC systems and demanding refrigeration environments
